My awarded pictures

MILANESE SUNSET

It was the end of August and I saw the sky turning into a million shades of red... that's a kind of color that you can see only in Italy and only during that time of the year.

It's all natural... I mean: no photoshop or stuff like that!

The picture has been made with my Canon EOS 1000D.

Place and time:  August 2011 in MIlan, Italy

Snow on the Sforzas

Place and time: December 2003, Milan, Italy

The Sforza's castle is one of the most beautiful architecture masteripece in Milan and I captured all that beauty after a long snow...

MISSION BETANIA - ALBANIA

This little, blonde girl was hungry, desperate and looking just for some food:

my crew and I gave her all the food we had.

She received assistance from the wonderful people of MIssion Betania, who provided her a shelter.

This picture has been awarded and it's been published on European magazines.

It used to be the cover page of the 2005/2006 Rotary Annual Book.

I'm not proud because of the frame I took: I'm just happy to have been helpful

towards a fragile, delicate creature of God

Born as a little joke to all my Italian and American contacts it became a postcard...!

In this case it's pretty clear the gret use of Photoshop and digital retouch of the images I used as a source...!

Place and time:  My Los Angeles house...

Italian - American Greetings

Place and time:  October 2005, Bubq - Tirana, Albania

California Valley Sunrise

Place and time: January 2013, Toluca Lake (CA) USA

This is the view I captured of an early sunrise in the San Fernando Valley.

I used my Canon EOS 1000D with a grandangular lens.

The hour was around 05;45am.

No photoshop or digital adjustment has been done.
